This is Karen and Karl from three weeks ago at the Charm city cyclocross race.
Karen and I are doing the Baltimore Marathon tomorrow October 13. That is either Brodes's or Griselda birthday. I am not sure. Lynn and Connie should be getting E-mails about our progress during the race.

Good to see Carl after such a bit. Offie and Karen ran great races and didn't hurt themselves or come down with post-marathon flu or anything. It's been a really good year!
